There are two ways you can get action photos!
1) PRE-REGISTER BEFORE GAME
This is the best option and guarantees maximum coverage of your athlete. The cost is $55/game. You will get digital downloads of all the photos of your athlete and can share online or print anywhere you’d like.
Any player from any school and any sport can sign up.
2) PURCHASE AFTER A GAME
During games, I concentrate on my pre-registered athletes but any time they are not on the field/court or I have an opportunity, I do take extra photos and I post all of the photos from the game on my website. You can view all of the photos and download any that you’d like for $10 each or purchase as Gallery Pass for $75 that allows you to purchase all of the photos of your player that were taken during that game.
Game day galleries are posted within a few days of a game.
Here are the steps to purchase:
- Click on PAST GALLERIES from the menu.
- Scroll down and find your game gallery.
- Once you find the photo you want to purchase, click on it. You will see a shopping cart button appear - click on the cart button.
- Select Digital Download
- Select the resolution you would like. Original is high-resolution. Then click the ADD TO CART button at the bottom of the screen.
- Once you have all of the photos in your cart that you would like to purchase, click the VIEW CART button.
- Agree to the terms by clicking the box, then click CHECKOUT.
- Fill out your billing information and your photos will be emailed to you shortly after.
You can sign up at anytime on my website! You can do it prior to the start of the season to guarantee a spot, during the season or anytime during (as long as there is still availability). The sign up form will ask you all of the information pertaining to the season, school/team, player information, jersey number, etc.
No, games are booked on a first come first serve basis. I only take a limited amount of players per game. When athletes sign up, they are assigned to the next game that I have availability for. If there is a specific game you would like to request, you can send me a message and if it is still available you will be placed on that game list. Otherwise, you will be placed on the next available.
Yes! The best option is to always pre-register because it's more beneficial and cheaper but life gets hectic and we all forget things so I do have two options for you to purchase photos after a game":
1) You can purchase any photo for $10/each directly on my website! Just find your game under Past Galleries and purchase the photos you want by adding them to your cart and checking out!
2) If you find more than 8 photos that you like, I recommend purchasing a Gallery Pass! The gallery pass is $75 and allows you to purchase all of the photos of your player that were taken during the game.
You will receive an email with a link to access your player's personal gallery a few days after their game. From the email link, you can download and save all of their high-resolution images. You can also share their gallery with friends and family. Most galleries are sent within 1-3 days of their game (but it can take up to ten days depending on my game schedule at that time).
That's ok! You'll still get your guaranteed images. If I can't get enough photos in one game, I will send you the photos that I did get and move your player to the next game that I cover. You'll receive images from that game as well.
It's always best to send me a message and give me a heads up so that I know their playing time might be limited so I can stay laser focused on them the limited time they are out there.
Unfortunately no. As you know, playing time is not guaranteed and I can only take a limited amount of players per game so when I reserve a spot for your player, I am taking a spot away from another player. However, I do understand that this happens and I will always try my best to catch your player on the field/court at another game that I cover and will send you the photos that I do get. Please see the FAQ about playing time.
If you know ahead of time that your player is not playing due to sickness or injury, it is best to message me asap so I can possibly switch them to a different game (if I have an open spot available).
Although non-refundable, I will always do my best to accommodate!
You will receive at the minimum 10 images. However, I almost always deliver 25-40+. It really just depends on how much action your player has in the game, how often they're on the field, how often they get the ball, etc. If I take more photos, you will get them all! That's the plus side of pre-registering. It allows me to focus more directly on the players who have!

That's ok! You'll still get your guaranteed images (10). If I get to the game and they are not pitching/catching/defending/etc. then I will move your player to the next game that I cover. These are the types of players that I ALWAYS recommend signing up at the beginning of the season so I can watch for them to take those positions any time I am covering one of their games. That way when I see them take the position, I can start getting photos! If your player only plays a few innings and I feel I didn't get enough photos, I will get more photos the next time I am covering a game and I see them in, then I will add those photos to their gallery for you.
Yes! All of the images you will receive are high-resolution and include a print release. You are free to print anywhere you would like. I also offer the option to order professional quality prints directly on my website for your convivence.
